A little History on our Founder

Why, Hello there!

In one of my first positions, I worked in was at an MBA career center, learning the in’s and out’s of the hiring process while studying to work in my dream industry, Tech.With nearly 10 years of experience in Tech, with 5+ years in a leadership role – I’m responsible for leading a team of people, including performance management, goal setting, and hiring on new team members. 

As a hiring manager, I was shocked at how many people make the same avoidable mistakes in the hiring process from resumes to interviews to making a great impression the first days in a new role. After talking with some of my coworkers and friends in all stages of their career, I learned how unclear the career planning, the hiring process, and managing your success at work really is. It seemed second nature to me!

While your career path is not a “one size fits all”, there’s a few pretty simple ways to narrow down your goals – in and out of the office, which can translate into career planning, and help you prep today to get where you want to be tomorrow.
